Our Private Pilates session is a one-on-one, personal instruction designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Privates are beneficial for everyone, but they are essential for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and for those seeking pain relief and rehabilitation. They are also beneficial for those who want to address issues such as posture and body alignment, work on specific areas of the body, improve technique or progress their practice to the next level.
Our instructors listen, interact, and examine, so that we truly understand what is happening with your body. You will be strategically guided through exercises on mat and Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower and Chair. We will teach you how to move and engage your muscles properly and deeply.
All private sessions are scheduled by appointment.
